The Member Council is elated to present the friends and family supporter option.  This option will allow individuals ineligible for membership in the AMA Alliance to demonstrate their belief in our mission and vision. Becoming a supporter signifies that you value the commitment and resources we provide to physician families from the training years to retirement leading to healthier communities.

Any individual, not part of a physician or medical student couple, is welcome and encouraged to become a supporter. Please note, supporters are not considered members of the AMA Alliance nor are they entitled to voting privileges described in our bylaws. For a yearly fee of $65 individuals will receive a mailed subscription to our publication Physician Family Magazine/Alliance In Motion and the opportunity to support a 501(c)(3) with a $50 tax deductible donation. A donation to AHEI will support community health education and charitable endeavors in collaboration with the AMA Alliance and its affiliated state, county and parish Alliances, and other health-oriented civic and charitable community groups. A donation to the AMA Alliance Grassroots Physicians of Tomorrow Scholarship will support the endowed scholarship fund. Scholarships are awarded to rising 4th year medical students with an interest in and commitment to women’s and/or children’s health issues. 

Your support will ensure the legacy, mission and vision of the AMA Alliance will continue for many years to come.
