Jacqueline L. Nguyen is an attorney and longtime health care community advocate and philanthropist in Las Vegas, NV. She is barred in California, Texas and Nevada with an emphasis on transactional law. She was the first Nevadan and first SE Asian elected as president of the AMA Alliance in its 100-year history. She has been an active county, state and national alliance member since 2005. 

Jacqueline is extensively involved in her community, serving on the boards or committees for Touro Medical School, Nevada MEDPAC, the American Medical Association Foundation, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Nevada Physician Wellness Coalition, the Clark County Medical Society Alliance and the Alliance with Nevada State Medical Association.

She has previously served on the boards or committees for the Springs Preserve, Indian Chamber of Commerce, Volunteers of Medicine of Southern Nevada and many other organizations. In addition to her philanthropic work, Jacqueline is dedicated to advocacy and legislation and was the campaign manager for former Nevada State Senator and current Boulder City mayor, Dr. Joe Hardy. In 2020, Jacqueline completed certificates in Nonprofit Management and Nonprofit Fundraising. She is passionate about strategic organizational growth, leadership development and creating operational efficiencies.  

Jacqueline’s husband, Dr. Michael Lee, is a hand surgeon with Desert Orthopaedic Center, and they are the proud parents of three young children. A remnant from her family’s time owning restaurants in Paris and California, Jacqueline is an avid poker player, cook, food-lover and dining enthusiast.
