Dinah Goldenberg
Secretary

Dinah Goldenberg was born in Winnipeg, Canada. She has a degree in Civil Engineering but opted to be a stay-at-home mother to her two sons, which allowed her endless opportunities for community service.
As an active member of the Alliance since the late 1990s, Dinah has served at all levels, including county president (Fargo, ND), state president (ND), three years as AMA Alliance director, and Alliance representative to the AMA Foundation. In addition, she served seven years on the board of the Alliance Health Education Initiative (AHEI), including as treasurer and board chair. Dinah was an elected member of the Fargo Public Schools school board for twelve years. She served as the volunteer coordinator for the Fargo Film Festival and continues to be a jury chair.
Since moving to Nevada, Dinah has served as recording secretary and a member of the Finance and Bylaws Committees for the Clark County Medical Society Alliance. This year she will be serving as secretary for the state Alliance. All of her extended volunteer efforts throughout the years have focused on education and health initiatives.
In October 2020, Dinah and her husband, Jay, a radiologist, relocated from North Dakota to Nevada, retiring early so they could enjoy the beautiful outdoors of Nevada. Their home is always open to family and friends, especially Alliance friends from across the country!
